Less Overlap was created for a different reason: to reduce how many companies compete for the same local opportunity through one source.
The model
The model is designed around one serious local partner per protected market, not unlimited resale to every available competitor.
Category, geography, and local fit are reviewed before access is offered. Not every market or category will be available.
The point is fewer companies chasing the same local opportunity through Less Overlap, with homeowner activity used only where it supports the fit.
Why timing matters
Less Overlap is not another shared lead list. For each vertical and market, the goal is to work with one serious local partner.
Once that relationship is in place, we do not offer the same protected audience category to direct competitors in that same market.
That means timing matters. If your market is available now, it may not stay available.
